Your family's plan
Your plan connects your child's strengths and support needs with practical family priorities. It remains open to review as needs and circumstances change.
Parents and caregivers of children ages 3–14 · Saskatchewan and Alberta · No diagnosis required
$40 non-refundable intake fee: clinician review and a 20-minute telephone consultation. Subsequent consultations are $170 separately. Joining the waitlist is free.
Understanding your child
We review relevant existing assessments alongside your observations and your child's everyday context. An initial child observation session is part of the process.
If further assessment work would help, we explain the questions, scope, appointments and costs before proceeding. No diagnosis is required to request parent support, and a rating-scale score alone does not establish a diagnosis.

Your full consultation, if recommended
We may explore your observations, your child's strengths, relevant information and what happens around difficult moments. The purpose is to inform the support your family needs, not to assume a diagnosis.
Where appropriate, an intervention report can organise the relevant observations, agreed strategies and next steps from the full consultation. Its purpose and scope are discussed with you.
This refers to a subsequent full consultation if recommended and booked, not the $40 intake review and 20-minute telephone call. Any work outside the agreed consultation and any additional fees are discussed beforehand.
This parent-focused consultation is not automatically a formal ADHD diagnostic assessment. See how your family's plan is developed.
From information to action
Name the situation you want help with and what a useful change would mean.
Agree a feasible parent action, selected materials and any child involvement.
Decide what to notice and when to review. The number of sessions is individual.
Materials with a purpose
Your clinician may select a parent explanation, workbook and Fridge Card. After you have tried the strategy, a matching child or teen handout may support the next conversation with your child.
If a full consultation is recommended and booked, a behaviour assessment may be completed and an intervention report may form part of that consultation, depending on your family's needs and the agreed scope. These are not automatically included in the $40 intake review or 20-minute telephone call. Additional assessment or report work and any extra fee are discussed before proceeding.

No diagnosis is required for parenting support. Formal child assessment and diagnostic clarification are separate services. In Saskatchewan, see SaskADHD's child and teen pathway.
A complete assessment or diagnostic report is not advertised as included in one $170 session. We clarify the proposed format, assessment scope, report preparation and any additional fees before work begins.
We agree what is useful to share, the recipient and the relevant consent. School liaison and written recommendations are separately scoped and may involve additional fees.
Yes. Your experience informs whether to continue, simplify, practise together again or choose another approach. Changes are discussed and shared deliberately.
Your next step
You do not need to have the whole explanation worked out. Tell us what has been difficult and we will clarify suitability, availability and the next step.
A support request is not a confirmed appointment or start date.
